Coolest thing, evar!
This has to be one of the coolest things ever done. I can't believe nobody has thought of this before. What a great idea for personal transportation. Who needs a jet pack when you can have wings?

Practical Jetpack or Personal Tankbuster?
Slashdot is reporting on a Practical Jetpack Available "Soon". Practical Jetpack??? I think not. I'd say it looks more like an A10 Warthog strapped to your back.

Solar Power from Window Curtains
Solar Power from window curtains seems like a great idea for any home.
I just don't understand why they can't get more technology like this into homes. People are eager to live "green", why can't companies figure this out? Where are the plug-in solar panels for my roof?
That is the problem someone needs to figure out. How does the average consumer transfer energy from DIY solar to "the grid"? Most people are not willing to deal the maintenance and dangers associated with large battery farms.

I love my 4GB Voyager... But it's not even half full
Corsair bringing 16GB Voyager GT flash drive to CeBIT
Posted Feb 28th 2008 6:41PM by Darren MurphFiled under: Storage
Don't worry, you're not losing it -- yet, anyway. Corsair has indeed already launched a 16GB (and 32GB, or that matter) Voyager flash drive, but its forthcoming Voyager GT promises access speeds "up to four times faster" than standard USB 2.0 drives. Furthermore, this one comes housed in a water and shock resistant all-rubber casing, and could be entirely more appealing if that keyring slot were expanded to open bottles. Nevertheless, Corsair's hoping that you'll find enough to love to drop $169.99 after it debuts at CeBIT in just a few days.

Nice New Sony Cameras
Sony H50 and W300 camera hands-ons

Oddly, it turns out the photos floating around of the DSC-W300 really don't do the megapixel-packing slim point and shoot justice. That finish actually looks pretty good in real life, although the lens protrusion was a little puzzling. And, of course, the DSC-H50 is a hefty, solid feeling bugger, not unlike what you'd expect from the H-series. Hit the photos below, it shouldn't be too long before the camera sites post their reviews.
